The Exodus was the exiting of Egypt. Moses ler all the Isrealities out of Egypt. Several hundred years after the narratives of Jacob, Esau, Joseph and his brothers, the Bible recounts the key story of the Exodus, which marked the emergence of Moses (pbuh) as the greatest Old Testament figure.
Many sites and incidents in Jordan are associated with the story of Moses and the Exodus route, linking his departure from Egypt with his final moments and death on the summit of Mount Nebo. The Bible gives several different Exodus itineraries through the lands of Edom and Moab (Numbers 21, 33; Deuteronomy 2; Judges 11:12-22).

In Judaism, the Ten Commandments are associated with the religious instructions outlined in the Torah, which is the first set of books in the Hebrew Bible.

The Rub al- Khali Desert (The Empty Quarter)

The Rub al- Khali Desert is known as The Empty Quarter and is one of the largest deserts in the world with the largest sand dunes. The desert covers over 650.000 square kilometers. The desert is 1000 kilometers long and 500 kilometers wide. The Rub al- Khali Desert means “the Empty Place”. Few plants and animals can survive here and there’s barley any water. Barley any one lives here since the desert is mainly sand and not much living thing. As I got near to the desert I could see the high sand dunes that where as big as some of the building from Des Moines. I wish I could come back some day to learn more about the Empty quarter a really harsh and dry desert really lonely and one of the loneliest that you would find in the world.

Sea of Marmara

The Sea of Marmara is really interesting to learn about. It has a Turkish Name, Marmara Deniz. The sea takes its name from Island of Maramra The sea is also known as Sea of Marmora. The Dead Sea (sea of salt)

As I arrived to The Dead Sea the first thing I notice was lots and lots of salt along the shores. The Dead Sea has barley any people living there or neer there do to the amount of salt. The Dead Sea is 67 kilometres (42 mi) long and 18 kilometres (11 mi) wide at its widest point. The salt in the Dead Sea makes the few people that go swimming float do to all the salt that is laying under water.

The Jordan River.

As the road was getting shorter the closes I was to the Jordan River. The Jordan River is a river in Southwest Asia which flows into the Dead Sea. The Jordan River is 251 kilometres (156 miles) long. In Christianity tradition Jesus was baptized here by John the Baptist. The Jordan River is a major source that flows through the Jordan Rift Valley and finally down the Dead Sea. The deepest point is 17 feets. While visiting the Jordan River I had the opportunity to go rafting which is something that people do here a lot.

Construction of the Great Wall began in the 7th Century BC when China was controlled by feudal warlords. It was joined together (along with China) in the Qin Dynasty 221-206 BC. Added to and rebuilt until the 16th century, the Great Wall's purpose was to protect the northern borders of the Chinese Empire from invaders.
